How about a view from a "gray" person. I'm Hispanic, I have no genetic or cultural "guilt" about racism. In fact, I have been a "victim" of "racism" several times in my life. My "people" could cry you a river over prejudice, intolerance, what have you.

The view from my seat, where I ain't got no dog in this hunt, is... GROW UP.

There are subcultures in America that refuse to take responsibility for themselves. They throw tantrums when not placated, they commit acts that are counter to the rules that we agree too. They refuse to take care of themselves.

Ultimately, until these subcultures start fixing the attitudes that hold them back, there will NEVER be a resolution to their problems, 95+% of which are self inflicted.

If Blacks would take care of the 95+% problems they have, I would be willing to dog the remaining police problems they face because whites and Hispanics face the same problems with bad police officers. But as it is now, there is no way to help them out of the hell they have created for themselves and everyone near to them.
