GoFundMe.com said it has taken down the fundraising campaign for the Baltimore police officers charged with the death of Freddie Gray because it violates the website's policy.
The Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police created the page on Friday in hopes of creating a defense fund for their members involved in the case, but it was quickly taken down because according to the company, funds cannot be used for people accused of serious crimes.
"The campaign clearly stated that the money raised would be used to assist the officers with their legal fees, which is a direct violation of GoFundMe's terms," said GoFundMe.com spokesperson Kelsea Little.

OK conservatives. We don't bitch about the free market. We adapt and sell our own products and services.
What's stopping us from creating our own source-funding site or donating directly to our causes?
Is GoFundMe the only website on the Internet? I mean, seriously.

Right. Why couldn’t they just use a paypal account?

If there was truth in advertising their name would be:
Come Fund Me And My Liberal Causes
They have thrown the door wide open for an unbiased, non-political competitor.

CBS did a story for the Baltimore cops denied by Go Fund Me....but ignored the Christians who were denied.
I hope the word gets out to the general public about the bigots running Go Fund Me. Maybe their business will collapse or they will change their model.

Paypal has its share of terms and conditions for which they might shut down accounts for the same reasons. Paypal cant be trusted. Unlike gofundme that lets you withdraw all your funds after theyve shut you down, paypal freezes your funds for a minimum of 6 months so that they can earn interest on your money. Plus they wait until your account is brimming with lots of cash. Hundreds or thousands of dollars. They rarely if ever freeze an account if it has say around 5-20 bucks in it.

Indeed voting with one’s feet with respect to GFM is the one sure way to undermine them.

So, are you taking point on this, Extreme? I'm still trying to come up with a good website name :-)
To: Kid Shelleen
What a silly question.Because they're guilty of course!
To: Kid Shelleen
GoFundMe believes that everyone is guilty until proven innocent.
