He’s the governor and they’re the National Guard...he can order them to do it.Wrong. This is the Texas State Guard, not a National Guard component. It can't be federalized like the National Guard can.

Thanks...didn’t realize there was a difference. I don’t think KY has anything like this active (not since the Civil War at least). Which is surprising and eye opening.
