You know, I think there are more than a few people in the US who are now anti-Muslim. I dunno...lopping off heads because someone is a Christian and your a Muslim just doesn’t sit right with some of us.
I beg to differ. It was not meant to provoke violence, but rather, what was highlighted by the terrorists' act was that ISIS and others justify murderous violence directed at the free speech we in America have long enjoyed under the Constitution.
Freedom of speech is not merely for favored speech or favored speakers. Those will never need protection. It is particularly for speech and speakers that might be disfavored.
The AFDI would be doing nothing if only presenting favored speech, so they let disfavored speech be aired. Americans of every stripe let them have their say. Islamists, on the other hand, considered this a provocation and opportunity for legally-justified murder under their Sharia law.
There is no place in our society for anyone that believes as those Islamists do. OUT!

Limbaugh made a great -- and obvious point -- Islamists are offended by homosexuality as much as any other insults to the Prophet Muhammad's commands.
So IMO that means that employees of the media are just as "bad" as Ms Geller -- the difference being that the employees of the media will cease immediately all favorable treatment of gay issues.
I guess employees of the media will demand removing support for homosexuality soon to avoid insulting and provoking followers of the Prophet Muhammad. Good for them and great example for Ms Geller to follow.
