I spent two years editing Bill Walker's brief, which took up two looseleaf binders, for
Walker v. US. I was with Walker the day he filed in the 9th Circuit in Seattle. As he was not a state, the federal courts at all levels refused to grant
cert to Walker for lack of standing.
Unless Sibley is a state attorney general, his suit will also not be granted cert by the federal courts.
