She is a poor speaker and she knows it. 25 years or more on the national scene and she can't prevent herself from tipping off lies and exaggerations with 'Y'know' as she did here with the ludicrous 'immigrants pay taxes.'
The media training is hilarious to watch in her awkward, obvious attempts to implement it. Her new low-alto speaking range is meant to keep her away from the screeching but she merely comes across as even more boring.
