When it buys us something, it’s less costly than war.
When it doesn’t, it’s an additional cost to war.
The problem as I see it, is that we don’t request certain levels of cooperation from the folks we support.
In the overall scheme of things, the amounts we pay out aren’t that significant. It’s a large sum of money, in the overall scope of things, not that large.
I disagree. The funds spent in Iraq, Afghanistan and the rest of the world has been a loss and waste.
