A video first posted on Facebook on Friday of NYPD officers driving away from an arrest after an angry confrontation with bystanders is starting to get some attention.
Video here from the Free Thought Project.
In the video, police officers from the 30th precinct in Harlem are seen questioning a reported 14-year-old girl over a false alarm on a police call box. It looks like the officers were about to leave the scene after questioning the girl without taking any action, but an argument between the girl, bystanders and the cops ensued and at the 6:15 mark, the driver of the unmarked police car got out and it looks like he tried to make an arrest.
This led to a larger confrontation where the crowd successfully separated the girl from the police officer and prevented him from taking her into custody. A second undercover police car arrived at 7:38, but both cars left the scene without taking anyone into custody neither the girl or any of the bystanders seen pushing and shoving the officers in the video:

So the anarchy begins.
It’s going to be a very long, hot summer.
Thank you PPOS!
Step by step, most assuredly.
This is called "de-policing", a tactic we observed in the Cincinatti area during the 2001 riots then.
Back then, it reached the point where a routine traffic stop would result in the race card being played, and the officer simply driving away.
Here today, it's gone to the next level. The beat cops are aggressively confronted and forced to withdraw. And the police are realizing that it's just not worth it - which is part of the Left's calculus...

It began a while back. My FRiend. It is now becoming more overt.

Slouching towards the ‘tribalization’ of Amerika.
So long as there is a Democrat president the Negro population becomes evermore untouchable. Eventually home defense against a Negro home invasion will be deemed a Civil Rights violation and those who deprive a Negro criminal of his Civil Right to murder and steal will face Federal charges. Police arresting a Negro for anything will face similar charges. It all serves the goal of destruction of the Middle Class.
I wish cops would not even respond to these neighborhoods. Let them deal with their own mess.
Virtually every city run by the democrats and some whole states are nothing but sh!# holes of corruption and politically correct idiocy. On the other hand these people deserve what they keep electing. Ef’em
The left are actually stupid....they’ll need cops to enforce their agendas against conservatives. If the cops won’t arrest anyone...then the left can’t count on the cops to go after conservatives when they need them to!
Not yet, not till those women have guns and/or there are snipers on the roof tops.
Those cops will get even with the heavy woman and the 14 year old girls.
[Let them deal with their own mess.]
I agree fully, these feral districts should only have black cops, judges, mayors and let them wallow and whine in the aftermath of uncontrolled anarchy.
They won't need police. Your neighbors will turn you in for an MRE and a bottle of Evian, anything that Fedzilla demands...
The left wants anarchy to force calls for a ‘strong leader’ which paves the way to a totalitarian dictatorship.
We can fight back... the left got us to this hellish spot - with thought conservatives can bring the country back to sanity...
Yes it would seem so,might want to buy lots of bearguard pepper spray, gas masks & BLOAT.
I’m already “there”.
I’m glad to see someone else remembers the Spring 2001 race riots in Cincy. That was a defining moment for me, when I really came to fully understand how badly we were being lied to by omission by the legacy media.
Free Republic did a great job of pulling together the story of those events.
Of course, there was never much follow up, as certain events starting with 9/11 of that year completely overshadowed the Cincy race riots.
