Geeminy, a judge, with a brain, looks at a case of the obvious and actually gets “free speech”.
Truth rocks.
Blacks in too many cases don’t get it, on any level. This Bomberger guy does. So does the judge.

Last year, a judge issued a ruling in the NAACP lawsuit against Bomberger. The judge indicated that Bomberger had no First Amendment right to lampoon...
how'd this person g et to be a judge ?
oh wait...Appointed by Clinton....nevermind.
Interesting note, ACLU took Bomberger's side.

Apparently, the problem here is the 1st Amendment. The NAACP should be suing to get that pesky 1st Amendment overturned. Where are the democrats when the NAACP needs them? Where’s Obama? Where’s Hillary?
