BTW, I don't know why the feds would need to buy you a pair binoculars anyway. I have 4 pair which I had to buy with my own money.

It’s confusing to me, I keep hearing that we po-po are being militarized and all I got was a pair of cheap binoculars that I didn’t want and am not going to use.
I’d kinda like a machine gun or a grenade launcher. Cobra gunship or somesuch.
