A very revealing thing about Rand Paul is that he not only panders to various groups, but that he almost always says things in a way, as to create the worst kind of anti-conservative sound bite.
He doesn’t just say it, he says it in the way that a conservative hating columnist would say it, he is spreading negative seeds and language among people that feeds their prejudices and ignorance about conservatives.
To me, Rand comes off not just as Flakey, but also as a bit of a Hot Head. He has a very short fuse when someone challenges him or disagrees with him. Not Statesman like.
You are right, he does hurt the image of Conservatives and does nothing to advance what we believe.
Paul followers are the same as any cult............
