This guy doesn’t seem too bright. He probably used his cell phone while he was at the site of the murder. Then he probably didn’t switch cell phones. If he had thrown his phone off a bridge and then gone to a Walmart to get another one he might have slipped away. Except for the DNA
Yes, but then he’d have to change his number too or disconnect his original number. Which would raise a flag.
