Tracking WHO these addled phone callers are...is FAR more important than capturing every other call made in the U.S.A!!!

even as “prank calls” this is very serious business and NEEDS to be dealt with NOW.
if the people who made these calls are IDed they should be arrested and DEALT with
My point is that disruption of our systems and lives can be accomplished without actual physical attack - mere threats can be nearly as effective, and require minimal resources on the part of attackers.
Are we dealing with these attacks properly? I don’t know. Probably it is not wise to ignore threats, but as you mention, where the heck are all of the agencies that we pay to counter these attacks and eliminate the attackers?
