Cruz and Walker are the reason there are so many Republican Candidates. The eGOP is terrified.

I believe you are correct, and that the eGOP is flooding the field to dilute Ted Cruz's support.

One commentator on FoxNews last week claimed that John Kerry was salivating at the possibility of another run, should Hillary drop out for some reason — health, etc. He did say Kerry would not challenge Clinton, however.

==

If Hillary did drop out, the Dem field could quickly become overloaded like the Repub field is becoming.

Of course, there is still time for a serious challenger to emerge.

Since I have been old enough to observe national politics, every time the dems hold the reins they steer us right toward the rocks. This is inevitable considering their primary goal is raiding the Treasury through every means possible.

By the time they have cleaned out the cash drawer, our nation having been in “Elite Intellectual” drift will either crash on the rocks or let someone more conservative take the helm for just long enough to get away from the wreck and rebuild the Treasury to get ready for the next dem fake penny Anny voter give-away grifter raid.

Its not that the next dems want to lose this election, they simply know there is too little left to grift. This is why we see so few dems running in 16.

Hitlery is a worse campaigner than even old Adli Stevenson, the dems are happy to let her run in this no win year. Slick is happy to see her fall on her butt, just to prove she is not his equal.

The author is missing the point.

Hillary is a Liberal Democrat with a vagina, the last name "Clinton", massive amounts of money, most of the media behind her, the aura of political inevitability, a rapidly disintegrating country with scores of millions looking for and expecting personal "help" in their worsening situations, and an immense population of dead and brain dead voters behind her.

By October of next year, her massive personal and professional failings will be seen as mere bumps in the road and "old news" as the international Marxist community rallies behind her just as the National Socialists rallied behind Hitler for national salvation.

She is not a "lock" but she is pretty close to one given a rapidly disintegrating America.

Quoting the Hillary supporter in the Bloomberg piece who could not name any of her accomplishments:

“She has the right policies (i.e. she’ll keep the Obama Freebie Gravy Train a’ rollin’) and she’s not Scott Walker.”

Sadly, that may be enough to get her elected.

I wish this was happening 8-10 months down the road when the dems would either have to stick with Hillary or have no else one to groom

Yep...as soon as a GOP is elected the bureaucracy and “Dems” pull out all stops on economic reporting of what is actually happening...and blaming GOP

Instead she was bested by a younger, more exciting unknown. Don’t be surprised if it happens again.

She wasn't "bested," she was betrayed by the party insiders. Clinton and Obama came out of the primary essentially tied, she winning the primary states and he winning the caucus states. The party insiders (the so-called super-delegates) opted to go with Obama over Clinton.

I do expect the Democrat party to betray her again.

“I won’t discount the possibility that the Dems want to lose this one, because they have steered this ship right at the icebergs, and want a different captain on board when it sinks.”

Ala, GWB with 9/11. It’s going to hit us again and they want no part of it.

I’m just surprised that nobody in the Dem party, other than hillary, wants to run for President.

My feeling is that there are many, but they figure that Obama got beat in the polls in the midterm and that the GOP candidate has a huge advantage.

all the RATS are scared of what she will do to them. the press is behind hillary and will be even if she stays silent, which is really smart on her part.

Soon, in a few months, Hillary will drop out “for reasons of Health” then the Democratic side will explode with people! she will never be president of These United States.
