"Washington DC waste contractors spend the first hour of the first full day of President Cruz' administration discarding one Agency's Federal Regulations written over the past eight years. President Cruz' first act was to sign an Executive Order having all of former President Obama's regulations declared null and void.
"These are merely the regulations from the EPA's first floor," said the foreman. "We'll be busy with the EPA for another couple of weeks, then turn to another agency. This work'll keep us busy for at least another year or so; there's a LOT of worthless paper around here."
Asked whether he was meeting any resistance from the EPA workers, the foreman said, "Nah, they were too busy playing games on their workstations to notice us."
