They might as well wait until July in Hanen’s court where they have in his court lied and got caught. They’re in no rush for another public Obama defeat.

But, they now have secret free-trade powers that may allow them to open the doors to immigrants. The plan may be to flood the system via that channel.
It doesn’t matter what court this goes to or what any court says about it. Obama will quietly continue with his amnesty program. He’s already been doing it.
Progressives detest the law. They couldn’t care less what some court orders. Violating the law comes easily and naturally to them.
All fine and dandy to ignore the court until the court sends out US Marshals to arrest a few Obama bureaucrats for contempt to cool their heels in jail.

Note that the only exception to making intrastate roads was making mail roads as evidenced by the Constitution’s Clause 7 of Section 8 of Article I.
Getting back to lawless Obama, he probably knows that he is wrongly using presidential authority not only to sign unconstitutional bills into law, but also to carry them out.
And speaking of unconstitutional bills, note that as a consequence of the ill-conceived 17th Amendment that the corrupt Senate is not doing its job to make sure that unconstitutional bills never make it to the president’s desk in the first place.
The 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and a bunch of corrupt senators along with it.
When will undocumented Americans in Mexico be given the opportunity to come out of the shadows?
