I have been fighting the EPA for almost 20 years over a piece of property that has been in my family for 3 generations. At high water spring runoff the river swells to within 20’ horizontally of the house and 6’ vertically. The EPA has been trying to grab our land since the mid 80’s, if this passes it would extend their land grab to 1500’ from the high water mark which is past my property lines. This is the house I have been planning on retiring in and passing to my daughter. I will die defending that land from these commies in government.
