Wall Street investor and financial analyst Charles Ortel, who is preparing a 100-page report on the issue, says "The Clinton Foundation's financial statements over the past six years have been fraudulent."
I hope Ortel realizes that the reason official documents are falsified (a felony) is to cover-up even bigger crimes.
