More Indictments Expected in FIFA Case, I.R.S. Official Says

“I don’t think there was ever a decision or a declaration that we would go after soccer,” Mr. Weber said. “We were going after corruption.” He added, “One thing led to another, led to another and another.”

This will be thrown out. Klayman’s heart is right but he overdoes it.

If this is happening in Florida then Klayman will get into a serious, fatal auto accident where he skids on ice into a tree.

This judge was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1997. Good luck to them with that lawsuit.

Isn’t scheduling a trial quite far along?

Also, how can a civilian plaintiff file RICO charges in civil court?

What are the [rps[ects that the Clintons will just ignore the proceedings, even if it gets to a serious courtroom phase? I would bet they cannot be made to answer any subpoena. Is itnot up to the DoJ to serve papers? Bilious coud be hailed into court when he was president because there was then a smidgeon of political opposition. Now there is not and the Clintons are arguably more powerful now than they were then.

“One thing led to another, led to another and another.” ..........

That statement could/should/would certainly, and quite easily, be directed towards the Clinton’s as corruption is their middle name.
