Even if we lose, Obamacare has started its actuarial death spiral. Take your spoonful of ugly now, or take it later.

What if, lol, they have already shown Roberts the pictures again just in case he is feeling any remorse over the last vote on Odumbo Don’t Care

And the law comes down to attempting to divine “intent”. Its not what you said, its what you were thinking (at the time). This is legal madness.

Yup, the most likely political fallout is that Democrats will realize they’d lost their last chance to have SCOTUS take them off the hook for what is about to happen.

It's been that way for some time now. Words have whatever meaning suits SCOTUS. Penumbras, emanantions, tax/not-a-tax, and so forth.

It will eventually come down to the states growing the fortitudinal spherical parts to nullify bad federal law.

A few “visual reminders” might be in order to refresh his memory and make sure he remembers to vote the right way. This is how Chicago politics works.

We lose either way. If it is shot down, Republicans will quickly come to the rescue. Count on it.

Obamacare is a disaster anyway you look at it. All it has done is forced people to buy something they can’t afford at all in most cases, the cost of insurance has soared many times over, its forced many doctor’s abandon the field or made them refuse to accept it because the payment structure is so low they can barely affird to keep their offices profitable on it, its forced people to pay for “junk” they should never be forced to for other people, and on top of that people are penalized for something they couldn’t afford in the first place and the exchanges have so many software glitches no one wants to enroll in them. I believe its real function is not only to generate additional revenue for the government but to increase profits for the insurance companies like mandatory automobile accident insurance did and act as a data collection point for people’s personal information fit amuch more nefarious use later (NWO).

I have little faith in the SC making any lawful Constitutional judgment. It will be shi! either way, we crash.

Just as in the “Bankruptcy” of GM, they will ignore the law, and abide by what ever whim they see fit no matter what the ruling.

We have become a lawless land, at least for the wealthy and elite ruling class.
The fact that the scum bag bottom feeding Hillary is still campaigning and that Bill, Hubbels daughter and Hillary are not locked displays just how perverted the judicial system has become.

Until the people rise up and do our duty to protect and restore the Constitution we have no place to appeal.

‘then words have no meaning’

Already done. The word ‘marriage’, for MILLENIA, has meant the ‘union of one man and one woman’. Words are subject to ‘reinterpretation’ whenever a Leftist chooses.

Correct.

Consider the ability to leverage such a ruling to expand the already distorted “intent” of the “promote the general welfare” clause of the Constitution’s preamble, for instance.

In theory it can be used to justify all sorts of things. To the long of overriding the rest of the Constitution and Amendments.

And I’ve seen Progressives in discussions claim exactly that.
