When I joined in 1980, this behavior was illegal.

In the Clinton Era,it was silently tolerated.

Now it’s celebrated.

So glad I retired before it became mandatory.

When I joined in 1961, you had a checklist questionnaire to fill out. Part of it was medical, listing defects, diseases and injuries you might have had. One was homosexual tendencies.
