I think Israel and American Jews could do much by creating a simple website. The purpose of the website would be to identify prominent Americans and Europeans who are antisemitic. It doesn’t really need to do more than that.
Importantly, it should have “plausible deniability” to any association with the government of Israel or American Jews, and it needs to be hosted on servers not under the control of those they seek to highlight, or governments fully or partly supportive of antisemitism. The servers must be extremely secure against hacking and DDOS attacks.
The sole criteria for admission to the list is “words and deeds” reflective of antisemitism.
Because the list would be inordinately large were it to include those who are obvious, life-long antisemites, such as Muslims, it should be limited to Catholics, Jews, and atheists who are antisemitic.
It would still be a substantial list, including at least one living ex-US president.
