If the people questioning aren’t smart enough to know the answers before they ask him in order to catch him in his lies, then he’s not worth calling for questions. These people have no scruples and will lie under oath without batting an eye. They get away with numerous crimes that us regular people out here would go to jail for in a minute. Look at Rick Perry. He’s under indictment for basically nothing. Why aren’t Bill and Hillary. The Republicans better not be participating in a cover up. I can’t stand these politicians. No lower scum on earth.

However, a discovery deposition is pretty wide open, and its intent is to uncover and discover information. Thus, in discovery, many questions are asked because the answer is NOT known.
