Mark my words.. this is going to turn into the whole “white privilege” stuff. See.. the WHITE people in the WHITE neighborhood have a pool. That is racist. The black people have the RIGHT to swim, too.

Though it is a planned community, where the community members pay for it via HOA dues.
It isn’t public property any more than the local workout place’s pool is “public” except to paying members.
