Obama lawyers asked secret court to ignore public court’s decision on spying
The UK Guardian ^ | June 9. 2015 | Spencer Ackerman

The Obama administration has asked a secret surveillance court to ignore a federal court that found bulk surveillance illegal and to once again grant the National Security Agency the power to collect the phone records of millions of Americans for six months.

The legal request, filed nearly four hours after Barack Obama vowed to sign a new law banning precisely the bulk collection he asks the secret court to approve, also suggests that the administration may not necessarily comply with any potential court order demanding that the collection stop.

I got distracted while posting and messed up the article title. It should read:

"Obama lawyers asked secret court to ignore public court's decision on spying"

Uniparty or not ..
the American people will not stand for it.
The secret courts surviellance program got this far by lying to Congress
Let's see how far it gets 'under sworn testimony'as to who knew what , and when did they know it.
Maybe its time to cut off water to the NSA Data Centers, the White hut, and Congressional Offices.

Yes, it is. But, it what a majority of voters wanted, no demanded. I will never forget on election night, November 4, 2008 the pimple faced whites yelling on national t.v. “Yes, we did!”. And, in 2012 they reaffirmed their decision. Soon, but not soon enough, they will go from an asset to a liability. See who is laughing then.

The only thing that will stop them is a cannon applied liberally between their eyeballs. They have made that abundantly clear with every time they have flipped the bird at the rule of law.

It’s “chicken” time; who will blink first? Do we have the ability to MAKE THEM COMPLY?

I tell you people. I look for some really underhanded crap to go down this election cycle. Thinking along the lines of mass arrests of the top tier of conservative leadership and wildcard republicans. Using info gathered by the NSA since the early 1980s. There are no secrets outside of socialism.

We didn’t stand for millions of illegal aliens colonizing our country.

The Uniparty does what it wants.

The Star Court has been convened.

But we shall never know, for as long as this court’s actions and decisions are carried out in darkness, all the FOIA requests shall be ignored.

Then one day, all the other institutions of a free and united republic shall be substituted, and while the forms may still persist, the course of events going forward will have a much different outcome.

There is an Archilles heel for every supposed supreme control authority. Let us be on the lookout for the opportunity to locate and exploit it.

The Berlin Wall was as much a state of mind, as it was a physical barrier. When the will to maintain it failed, it came down quickly enough.

The United States Air Force established a require in 1945 for a cruise missile with a 8000 km range. By 1951, the first of only a few successful test launches occurred. Obama is destroying the rule of law. This will undermine the core of society. When “special people” get special rules (Obamacare) and Congressional laws and court orders are ignored, and edicts with the force of law are given by the President, we no longer have an orderly society. Top that off with the plethora of bureaucratic rules that no one can know or obey and treaties that supersede the powers delegated by the People and our society is rotting where it stands.

No man is above the law and the President should exercise only that power delegated to him by the Constitution.
