I think the fix is in, but I hope it dies. Then they will resurrect it and make a new “deal” and pass it quickly before we find out how bad it is.
Yes if they were going to kill it they could have done so in THIS vote.
Instead as usual they take it right to the one-vote bridge, change a few commas tonight and offer a few bribes to change a few votes.
That way those who need to explain their vote at home can point to the commas, the unimportant changes, the supposed demands that were met.
It's a filthy business the consequences of which WE have to live with.
