Walkerize nationally the end of union control of schools, make pension contributions depend on the success of adult survivors of their stupidity, make the pensions pay the remedial cost of getting a kid ready for community college, make rubber roomed teacher salaries placed into escrow until final adjudication (pooled for use to pay for remedial education) and now the unions have to teach or die.
