HUGH HEWITT: HILLARY CLINTON WILL WIN THE PRESIDENCY
Breitbart ^ | 12 June 2015 | Jeff Poor

Posted on 06/13/2015 7:19:54 PM PDT by SeekAndFind

On Adam Carolla’s Friday podcast, syndicated Salem radio talk show host Hugh Hewitt made an appearance to promote his new book, “The Queen: The Epic Ambition of Hillary and the Coming of a Second ‘Clinton Era.’”

During that appearance, Carolla asked Hewitt about his thoughts on Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton and if at this stage in her career it was possible for her to put off a better “vibe” to make her more appealing to the public.

Hewitt acknowledged Clinton’s age, but added that he thought she would win the presidency in 2016.

“She’s 67,” Hewitt said. “She’ll be 69 if she wins and I think she will – the presidency.”

Later in that segment, Hewitt, who is slated to be a moderator in one of the upcoming Republican presidential primary debates, elaborated on why took that position. According to Hewitt, the deck is stacked against the Republican candidate because of the Electoral College and Clinton he said was “awfully smart” and would formidable financially.

“I wrote ‘The Queen’ because the advice, if she takes it, she’ll win,” he explained. “So if I put it on the table, maybe she won’t take it because the Electoral College is so freaking against the Republicans. And so, we have to nominate the perfect ticket. They have to make a lot of mistakes. The Jets did beat the Colts, right – in Super Bowl III. So, it’s possible.

He usually is.

But the Republicans are doing everything they can to extract defeat from victory.

If he is right, this country has turned into a bigger sewer than most of us think it has.

Hugh has been going a little wobbly as he hangs with the Left a little more, and is he’s acting like yesterday’s news. The only headlines he’s made recently are unfriendly to conservatives, as a semi-regular on CNN.

Phooey with Hughey.

If the RNC succeeds in nominating Jebster or Rubio or any other cheap labor importer, he will be right.

And they must nominate an amnesty candidate for their donors.

Only a groundswell and coordinated effort to get behind ONE conservative will prevent that.

the fact that the election is even close tells us where we stand.
i just dont see any upside for her while there is a lot for the potential republican candidate.
if she wins, or even if jeb gets the nomination, i will be completely deflated.
i hope everyone gets around one conservative sooner rather than later.

Sadly,,,, I think he’s right.

Yeah. My initial, spiritual reaction is that no way would America elect an elitist bitter scold with more dirty baggage than every major airline combined.

Then my logical mind reminds me that the American I grew up in ceased to be some time ago when the decades of liberal poisoning of public school children finally bore fruit.

The low-info voters, ie all Democrats, don’t care about her scandals or lack of accomplishments. You will not convince them not to vote for her. You can only hope that our base turns out completely.

He’s only trying to gin up interest in his book. He really can’t believe that, especially if the Republican candidate actually fights, for a change.

Sadly,,,, I think he’s right.

Right out of the gate, she has 240 EVs. And that's with all her baggage.

Anyone who thinks she'll lose in a landslide is delusional. It's going to come down to the wire, just like in 2000.

I hope he’s wrong, but the republican circular firing squad isn’t really putting up much resistance so far.
