Navy Wants To Make It Harder To Discharge Transgendered Sailors

The Navy is looking to copy Air Force and Army policy by making it much more difficult to discharge transgendered sailors.

As soon as a service member is discovered to be transgendered, all it takes is the authority of a commanding officer to recommend discharge, but an anonymous Navy official stated that the authority will soon rest with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Manpower and Reserve Affairs, the Washington Examiner reports.

While it’s still the case that sailors diagnosed with gender dysphoria are recommended for discharge, the idea is to make the procedure much more difficult, which is likely a stopgap measure. At this point in time, support for meritocracy as the sole criterion for service is at record highs.

“The Navy is looking to elevate the administrative separation authority for transgendered personnel to ensure that this important issue receives the right level of review,” Navy spokesman Lt. Cmdr. Ed Early told the Washington Examiner.

The change comes during Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride month. Earlier on Tuesday, Secretary of Defense Ash Carter granted equal opportunity protection to gay and lesbian service members, meaning they can file discrimination claims. He also suggested that the ban on open transgender members serving in the military is disastrous for national security, since it might reject well-qualified troops. The military, after all, is a meritocracy, Carter argued.

The mentally ill should not be considered eligible for security clearance, the highly promiscuous are a liability, and those whose mental illness focuses on sexuality are BOTH.
A revelation of such information should lead to immediate discharge.
The Manning case is a classic example of the security risks these people pose, both before and after deciding he was a woman.

I understand the sentiment, but I have total faith that our military can rise above any such silliness...

The same thing was probably said about the Roman military by concerned but complacent Roman citizens. Regular people are going to have to push really hard to undo this very large mess that has befallen our Nation. So far, there isn't even a whimper of protest. Americans no longer have the will to preserve their own Heritage.

My first thought on seeing that picture?

“Wow, that’s a amazing PhotoShop!”

After reading the caption,

“Ewwwhhh, that’s disgusting!”

Alternative headline: “Navy wants to make it easier to destroy America’s navy.”

Another Alternative headline:

"Overt sabotage of U.S. military continues to prepare for defeat to an all-male enemy combatant."

It isn't even subtle. It's overt sabotage. Three hundred years from now, historians will look back and scratch their heads. "Amazing -- right under their noses, Americans did this!"

And that freakicized, pitiful, ludicrious "fraternity" of warriors is in nations most poised to be our allies in global conflict.

There are probably as many Aussies and NZers who are outraged by this crap going on in their militaries, as there are Americans outraged at this, and WE ARE LEGION.

However, our national and global perceptions are "informed" by the MSM, where liberal leftists are legion. They are few in number, but inflated and "legitimized" by liberals in office because of vote fraud -- ginned, harvested, dead, illegal, Motor voter, etc.

There's only one reason the left has to cheat.

The left is the minority. But it's got the majority thinking all their compatriots are so stupid as to "vote" for this crap and "believe" what they see on the news. DIVIDE AND CONQUER is, whether by design or nature, what is transpiring. Theoretically, by "popular demand" evil Islam and perverse depravities are being given "equal rights" with the values of essentially moral, right-leaning people content with "live and let live." In reality, an aggressive minority is pursuing authoritarian dominion over the majority that holds its fellow compatriots in contempt.

We are the majority -- we just don't know it. Yet

We’re gonna have to fight our own army someday.

Probably, but the way things are going I don't think they'll be able to put up much of a fight.

Basically the transgenders fit into two camps. The Janet Reno camp and the Robert Plant camp. I’m talking “campy” either way.

Bruce Jenner might look feminine in a photo shoot for about a half hour after a small army of make-up artists and Photoshop experts work on him for eight or more hours but in the end, he’s going to be Robert Plant in a dress. I’m talking post-Zeppelin Robert Plant here.

The Palm Center’s Aaron Belkin asks international transgender servicewomen Maj. Alexandra Larson,Sweden; Sgt.,Lucy Jordan,New Zealand; Maj. Donna Harding,Australia, and Cpl. Natalie Murray,Canada, about their stories. Their countries allow transgender to people to serve openly in the military.

We won't follow the laws and mandates of our own DNA, or of God and Mother Nature... but we're sure to follow the law and mandates of our commanders... just as soon as we change all of the laws and mandates of our militaries to suit our preferences... ahem...

What about other forms of mental illness? Are they to be protected as well?

Personally I prefer the traditional policy of "Outing" anyone engaging in homosexual activity. Outing I speak of resulted in immediate removal from ship and discharge from the Navy. That was the United States Navy I served in.

Mine as well. We found a shipmate under shore patrol escort packing his gear one weekend. Turns out he had made a move on a young man ashore who happened to be a military dependent, who reported him. None of us had noticed anything unusual about his behavior prior to his arrest. Some of them can hide it.

Good Lord. That’s almost enough to post a picture of Helen Thomas to get this one out of my head.

The russians and chicoms have a “don’t SUCK or pack, unless you want to go the Happy Farm policy”...

So, we could arrange for the queers to get captured?
