When a Black man or woman self-identifies as a dignified, civilized, well-spoken Black person, they not only get White privilege, they also get Affirmative Action.

I may be mis-reading your intent, but my observations have been just the opposite. They are labeled "Uncle Toms" and vilified for "Actin' White" when in reality, they were successful on their own (the professional victim segment and their plantation owners can't stand that).

Maybe a better example is checking black on a college grant for African-Americans.
