I agree...I just see this verse working today prior to the tribulation. it is almost inexplicable why the GOPe and Conservatives and even the Tea Party would go right along with the Obama Agenda...unless you read these verses!
Yes indeed. It does remind me of the ruthless lust of politicians for power over people, the anti Christ will be a politician before God gives him power to rule over those left behind as the anti Christ will lead 10 nations and be worshipped by the majority of the world at that time.
