The street hustler still hasn't filed with the FEC. So, what? The rules say he has at least fifteen days after he first spends $5,000 promoting his candidacy, which comes to July 1. 2015 at the earliest since he could not have been promoting an undeclared candidacy before June 16.

If he does file in time, they need to come up with some D.C. style back room dirty tricks. Set him up. These people wrote the book on the techniques of harassment and slander.
