“cannot secure one of the drugs needed for lethal injections “

For crying out loud! A hot shot of heroin will work just fine!

Murder is also illegal — but seriously, how often is it prosecuted when the killer and victim are both incarcerated?

How ever they put down rabid dogs is too good for this one.

Many locations place them in a chamber, and pump the air out.

The sooner, the better.

Best case for the killer is, he goes to prison.

It is unlikely that he’ll reach eligibility for parole.

She should ask the state legislature to immediately pass a law authorizing the use of the firing squad as an alternative means of execution.

The law should have a provision that judges and juries do not determine the *means* of execution, but it is left up to the state authorities to decide a primary and secondary means of execution, if the primary means is impractical or forbidden by a judge.

Smart kid - likely knew that they couldn’t fry him. The liberals can THANK THEMSELVES for this outcome.

Cu / Pb is commonly available as are the injection devices and strategically injected to the human form will cause instant painless death.

The Death Penalty is not a deterrent. It is done behind closed doors and the deterrent effect is never seen. They need to do it in public so people can see it and remember that it could be them.

The main problem with execution is, there isn’t enough of it, there are too many levels of appeal, it takes too long to carry out.

Why don’t they just use a ton of barbituates? For that matter, any opiate in large enough quantities will work.

Drano would also work and be less pleasant.

Take a sick mind, pepper it with all the crap going on in today's society, which tells him he is a vile POS and that other races deserve his obeisance, and mix in a few other personality disorders and drugs just to "be sure", and you end up with this poor pathetic creature.

Make no mistake, he was manufactured by the Left and there are many "prominent figures" of the Left that should be sentenced die in his place if our Justice system is to have any meaning.

Apparently, he tried to kill himself when he had stopped firing but was out of ammo. The death penalty would be no penalty.

It would be so simple to merely let the murderers keep their belts and shoelaces, and assure that there are sufficient tie-off places in the cells. Let them off themselves if they so choose.
