They SHOULD recuse themselves, but like Kagan in the Obamacare mess, they will not. No Leftist Will admit they are biased.......ever.

Both should be forced to recuse themselves, they won’t do it themselves and nobody else will force them.
Obama put them on the Court to "Fundamentally change America", and Kagan, Sotomayor and Ginsberg plan on doing just THAT.
Add two more judges and you got the Trifecta!
Federal judges tend to have an aversion to upholding laws over their own ideology where ever they seem themselves as unaccountable such as the Federal constitution.
That is why there are no laws in this country anymore only edicts of 5 Federal employees in black robes. One day our people will revolt against their tyranny.
