Lets hope he’s not too screwed up by whatever parenting/environment he was raised in. And on top of that be careful of what may happen to him in foster care. There are plenty of foster parents who only do for the money much like the welfare queens.
My heart goes out to the little guy but I can tell you from personal experience of being a father of two kids adopted out of foster care that they do come with baggage and it can very trying on a person to deal with the issues that these kids can bring.
half my siblings are adopted my experience with my four adopted siblings tells me that if a family take the kid in unless the kid has really been traumatized he can become will adjusted but it is really iffy after 5 years of age.
