It’s really just not fun to live in this country anymore. Everyday it’s some new form of idiocy.

Life used to be so joyful, so carefree. You knew you lived in the greatest country in the world and it was an incredible time. Glad I am old enough to have at least experienced that America while it existed.

Yup. I remember those days. Was thinking that very thing while I was waiting with my 94 year old mother-in-law in her doctors office( place was a bloody zoo; don’t get me started). Being ten years old on a sunny summer day and the biggest thing was riding my bike to the local ‘’candy store’’(remember them?) with the big round ‘’Pepsi Cola’’ sign on it and paying 12.cents for the latest edition of my “Sgt. Rock’’ comic book. Man, that America has vanished.

In the past...weeks or even months...would pass without a "crisis" of some sort.
Now it occurs hourly. Some of it is naturally the 24-hour news cycle, yet there ARE clearly agents seeking constant social upheaval.
