I’ve been perplexed by the responses to Satin Doll’s post.
Taking it at face value: there are lots of reasons why many people remain celibate for long periods of time, or for life.
I don’t understand responses like “how can you stand it?”
as if sex were simply an irrepressible body function...

What troubles me is that everyone is dumping on Bristol and saying nothing about the father. The honorable thing for him is to marry her.
That was me, I believe. When you quote a Freeper or refer to him/her, a courtesy ping is in order.
