Maybe some limitation on life-time appointments should be part of the next Convention of the States amendment to the Constitution. It has gotten out of hand.

Maybe some limitation on life-time appointments should be part of the next Convention of the States amendment to the Constitution. I think Levin proposed something like that in his "Liberty Amendments."
