Maybe some limitation on life-time appointments should be part of the next Convention of the States amendment to the Constitution. It has gotten out of hand.

The limitation is “good behavior”.

These individuals have in this and the PPACA rulings exceeded their authority.

I think Levin proposed something like that in his "Liberty Amendments."
