I think she has a fair read on what the law holds. Roberts notices that SCOTUS didn't expressly allow for the free exercise of religion.

The choice boils down to exercise of religion and civil disobedience; or obey the law.

Nonsense. The ruling only applies to incorporated churches.

So disincorporate the churches.

Churches don't fall under the tax code - nor do they fall under this SCOTUS ruling - unless they incorporate.

Americans need to wake up.

Well, this ruling doesn't even apply to Incorporated churches. It only applies to civil marriage, that is, marriage performed outside of a church.

Those people who are involved in civil marriage (e.g., county clerks) have the choice I described. Exercise of religion and civil disobedience; or obey the law.
