Being as half of slave owners were black and half of the slaves were owned by blacks it has never been a racial issue.I have heard of a few black slave owners, but half? Really? Citation, please.

The truth is staring them in the face and still they choose to ignore it.
That's not the problem.
Democrats are quite aware of what the real issue is, but they want it that way. They don't care a bit about the current problems that plague blacks. They want blacks to be subservient and controllable and useful, in the same way they were during the times of slavery.
Democrats know that, dependent people will vote for them, since, democrats are the party of 'free stuff' and dependency on government. A demographic that is dependent, is a loyal voter for the party which caters to them via the 'free' government stuff. The real goal for democrats is not just blacks, but complete control of the country, and blacks are just 'useful idiots' to democrats.

On the other hand, 100% of the slaves captured and sold in Africa were captured and sold by other Africans.

The breakdown of the family is what queer marriage is all about.That doesn't make half of all slave owners in the U.S. black, nor did d'Souza make that claim. There's a reason left wingers say and lo-infos think that conservatives are racially prejudiced, and inaccurate statements like that are one of the reasons.
