Are you serious? Junk science can “prove” anything in court. The law is all about outcome and following the right ritual form. If “proof” fits the outcome, great, if not, well, there are many ways to skin the cat.
They don’t have to prove it. They only need a jury of libs or brains-full-of-mush citizens to deliver the desired verdict.
