NY City Hall tried to cover up de Blasio-Sharpton rift (funsies when liberals fight)

Internal City Hall e-mails reveal a cover-up---after Al Sharpton blasted the NYPD at a public round-table w/ Police Commissioner Bill Bratton. Rachel Noerdlinger — then a City Hall aide to the Mayor's wife — protected Sharpton (who was her ex-boss) after he appeared to make a false claim to the media. Sharpton told The New York Times a week after the explosive July 31 event that he didn’t know he’d be sharing the dais with Bratton. But Noerdlinger had e-mails from Sharpton prior to the event showing he knew Bratton was on the dais — but didn’t want to expose him.

Sharpton ripped the NYPD---seated just a few feet away from Bratton----at the public meeting held just weeks after the chokehold death of Staten Islander Eric Garner at the hands of police. Sharpton had also invoked the mayor’s bi-racial son when discussing police mistreatment of the black community and cautioned de Blasio not to play any spin games or “I’ll be your worst enemy.”

Sharpton disputed that the e-mails revealed a falling-out with the mayor. “There was no rift,” Sharpton told The Post Thursday, “I did not come in and strong-arm the meeting.” Sharpton said his anger was directed solely toward the media — for branding him “co-mayor”. Rachel Noerdlinger, Sharpton's former aide, was chief of staff to Mr. de Blasio’s wife, Chirlane McCray. Noerdlinger left the job after criticism from police union officials, and others, who objected to her living with a man who had a long criminal record and a history of making anti-police comments online.

When Trump is done with his romp through the primaries, I would encourage him to go unseat DeBlasio.

BACKSTORY---Calling her his number one advisor, de Blasio gave his wife total control of the multi-million dollar "Mayor's Fund." de Blasio then announced the appointment of Rachel Noerdlinger, former Sharpton aide, as chief of staff to Mrs. de Blasio.

Noerdlinger has since left after objections about her live-in--- a man w/ a criminal record and history of anti-police comments online.

Perhaps in the Black World, Noerdlinger's b/f is considered
a "looker." But in whitey-land, one suspects the dorky looking
guy has something in his pants that gets Rachel all a-tingle.

Him and her......Arrogant little POS isn't he?

=================================================

BTW, NYC taxpayers....you are financing Noerdlinger's replacements--- two DeBlobbio cronies----at a cost of $200,000 and $125,000 respectively. DeBlobbio gave his wife control of "the multi-million dollar Mayor's Fund."

What's Mrs Blobbio doing w/ the money? No word on who she’ll be dishing it out to. The Blobbio's and the Clintons are best friends. Did The Clinton Foundation get a donation from The Mayor's Fund?

Impeached president and disbarred lawyer, Bill Clinton,
swears in the new Mayor. Hillary looks on.
