What is that supposed to mean?
You wrote: “America as we knew it has already collapsed. Socially, financially, medically, internationally, occupationally; its’ toast.”
Then you wrote: “Now would you like to form a new country that works a little better or stick with this mess in which we are now mired?”
The implication is that you propose conceding the fight to those who have caused the collapse of America as we know it. That gives them support which puts you on their side to one degree or another.
And then you write about forming a new country. Unless a new country is to be formed by conquering all or parts of some other country, that means dissolution of the United States and that too puts you on the side of those working toward the destruction of the United States
