When I got a tax statement the other day it included a reminder that I’m supposed to get a building permit to replace a water heater, furnace, or install new windows.
When I replace a water heater or furnace no one will need to know about it and I’m not going to add $100 or more to the cost of every window I put in.
Good for you. That may seem small, but you ARE doing your part to display civil disobedience. Again...good for you.
