At 1-year-old, a wide-eyed, restless Joshua Tinoco faces the prospect of deportation to his native Honduras, one of tens of thousands of unaccompanied children who arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border last year.
While his teenage mother has been allowed to stay in the U.S. and seek a green card under a federal program for abused, abandoned and neglected children, Joshua has been classified as an enforcement priority by immigration prosecutors, his lawyer said.

OK you and your love child can stay but no social services. No Medi-Cal, no Section 8 housing, no EBT card, no WIC funds, no "free" public education, no "free" breakfast, lunch and dinner at the local public school, no special ed for you special needs kid, no Obama phone. Don't like it pack up and head back because we have enough teenage moms up here feeding at the public trough.
It is way past time for these invaders to be back in their own countries.
Get a move on ice!

Agreed.
My only recommendation would be to alter #4 so that they go to labor camps to make bricks for the wall on the border or work the farms to supply the food to the labor camps.
Uneducated (hasn’t been in school since she was 10) and pregnant at 16. Wow they are sure letting the best and the brightest in! She and her baby will be sucking off the taxpayers’ tit forever now.
Bueso can’t believe the United States would make her send her son somewhere no one will care for him; Joshua’s father is not involved in his life, she said, and her grandmother is ill.
While busing through Mexico with her infant son was difficult, Bueso said things are looking up now that she can stay. She is living with her uncle in a Los Angeles neighborhood lined with liquor stores and bail bond businesses, where she is attending school for the first time since she was 10.
How does a one year old arrive unaccompanied? Is there a Mexican stork dropping them from the sky?
Ayatollah Obama has turned ICE into a Day Care Center for illegal aliens.
Shhh. You’re not supposed to notice that.
Looks like this is a situation the immigration department created, send them both back. No yanking from your hands. This sympathy crap has got to stop.
Now the guys from Investigations are have troubles getting the guys from Removal to process people they take into custody. Removal tells them they will just get released anyway. Investigations knows that, but they don’t want to get blamed for one of these released illegals committing further crimes.
It never fails.........when you see any title or article that has the word “STRUGGLE” in it you know what it all about before you even waste your time to read it.
The word is indicative of pure political leftest propaganda...and if you read the article you will soon realize that it is so.
The next time you read or hear the word struggle in any broadcast, interview or printed matter, just remember what I said. I will be right more than 90% of the time.
Obama and Jarrett made this migration of children happen; the White House even advertised for chaperon’s....not all were children (1-12) and many were not from Central America. Michelle Obama’s hand print is on this also....none of these anti-Constitution gave thought to the ripples this ill-thought-through-plan would make...the Bureaucracies asked/made to handle this invasion, are as Bureaucracies portend to be, inapt at best. These children will plus some of our citizens, suffer the Obama Era Repercussions for years to come.
No, she can’t stay.
This is more sob story from The Ministry Of Propaganda to get us to abandon therule of law and give up our country.
“Bueso cant believe the United States would make her send her son somewhere no one will care for him”
I am dead sure o one is stopping the illegal mother from going back with her son
“Just turn off the Free Stuff”
Exactly, they get EVERYTHING! The Republicans know this as do the Democrats. What a scam.
