Clarice Feldman: The Penumbra School of Law
American Thinker ^ | July 5, 2015 | Clarice Feldman

I was watching in horror a series of Mark Dice videos of interviews in which passersby signed petitions to repeal the First Amendment toshut down criticism of Obama because it was all clearly racist. petitioned to repeal the Bill of Rights; revealed they didn’t know when and why we celebrate the Fourth of July; signed up to ban the American flag and replace it with a New World Order one.

I wanted to believe the people responding were outliers -- just ignorant San Diego beachgoers. Unfortunately there are too many indications they are not, and that this disregard for the Constitution and its protections, this lack of knowledge of our history and how it shaped the Constitution, and why it is important to us, are rife in both the states and the federal government .

A. Widespread Administration Disrespect for the Law

The administration at every level expresses its contempt for Congress and its legal obligations knowing the attorney general will never prosecute its wrongdoing. The most obvious at the moment involve record keeping by the IRS and Hillary Clinton.

As you’ll recall, the IRS contributed to Obama’s reelection campaign -- perhaps even fixing its result -- by denying his opponents the tax exemptions to which they were entitled. Then it made up cockamamie excuses why it could not produce the email record evidence which they were legally obligated to preserve and produce. Now it turns out that the records requested did exist and were destroyed after the agency was put on notice to keep and provide them to Congress.

Eight months after Congress requested emails from embattled IRS official Lois Lerner, tax agency employees "magnetically erased" hundreds of backup tapes.

I always question things like this. The examples I’ve seen show the questioners catching people off guard, asking them questions in rapid fire fashion and then we all laugh at the results.

Clarice is correct of course and she knows there is no turning back. Hence the Penumbra School of Law. The only answer is a secession, peaceful if possible. But that won’t happen either. Rome fell and we are falling at terminal velocity.

True to a point. But a vast majority of people in America are dumb as rocks. These are not “gotcha” questions. They involve knowing simple facts and these people are so brainwashed they jump at the liberal “bullet point” they are conditioned to spout. Sad and scary at the same time.

“The only answer is a secession...”

Something I believe the Democrats/Socialists/Leftists have been working for since at least the 1860’s.

Not saying they are gotcha questions but catching people off guard, when they’re thinking about what’s for dinner, where the bar is etc..and giving them a pop quiz isn’t a fair test either.

Maybe, but the questions aren’t about quantum physics. Once you know you are being questioned your brain should engage. Look up some of the “Jay walking” stuff from Leno. He interviewed COLLEGE STUDENTS AT USC and they were dumb as rocks. USC is a private university. They were on camera and knew they were being recorded. General knowledge is becoming a thing of the past and Common Core will only make it worse. The push now is to groom workers for Bill Gates etc. I know, I teach but have resisted most of it for now. I am not sure how long they will let me go on. Luckily I am close to retirement. Most of us are getting out as soon as we can. The same for doctors.
