I said "The government hasn't established (or even alleged) there were 177 gangsters having a shoot out in a public place," and your reply was "You don't have to do the actual shooting to get charged." Now you seem to be claiming that 177 people were involved in a gang war at a public plaza.

Obviously, you are arguing in bad faith. But you could at least make it interesting by being coherent.
