Obama to Introduce New Rules to Desegregate Neighborhoods
Newsmax ^ | July 8, 2015 | Reuters

The Obama administration on Wednesday will announce new rules requiring cities to look for racial bias in housing practices in order to promote racially integrated neighborhoods, the Washington Post reported on Wednesday.

The rules would further the work of the landmark 1968 Fair Housing Act, which made it illegal to refuse to sell or rent a home to a person based on race, religion, gender or national origin.

The Post said cities and towns now would be required to look for patterns of racial bias in local housing, report the results every three to five years and set goals on how to reduce segregation in housing.

Julian Castro, secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, will announce the new rules on Wednesday in Chicago, the Post said.

"This is the most serious effort that HUD has ever undertaken to do that," the Post quoted Castro as saying. "I believe that it's historic."

. I can’t wait to see how this affects Barbra Streisand’s neighborhood, or Barry Geffen’s neighborhood, or Tom Friedman’s neighborhood, or Paul Krugman’s neighborhood.

Exemptions

Just remember that segregation, racism, and income inequality are all at their highest in solidly-Democrat areas of the country where they’ve been in total control (or near total) for decades.

Can’t imagine that this same gang of losers who created these problems have a clue as to how to actually fix them.

Do they have high density low income housing on Martha’s Vineyard? Surely the pos and his family would not vacation in an elitist bastion of white privilege....

You are undoubtedly 100% correct.

ANY neighborhood the ferals move into will become cesspools of noise, thumpa-thunps cars, drugs, violence, trashy with nightly police calls.

My neighborhood has been desegregating for the last ten years, Samoans, Vietnamese, Chinese, Hispanics (two of the houses have a dozen gardners living in each with their families. The minorities? Anglos! And I have been not only relieved of job lock but also of staying in this cauldron of desegregation. I am almost happy to be leaving the third world culture that is evolving in the neighborhood.

The newspaper said the rules, sought by civil rights organizations, will show when communities flout housing law and will allow HUD to withhold federal funding in flagrant cases. …
Great! Withhold the “feddybucks” by all means.

The opening paragraph is just hilarious, though.
The Obama administration on Wednesday will announce new rules requiring cities to look for racial bias in housing practices in order to promote racially integrated neighborhoods…
That is the last thing Obama wants. Never mind never looking for “racial bias” in certain directions, e.g. against whites.

This is what communists do. Just look at what has happened to the people (the bourgeoisie/masses) of every nation unfortunate enough to have a communist govt inflicted upon them. In our case, this is happening to to satiate the rabble who put the communists in power, and to breakdown the culture to replace it with socialist utopia. (I am not all certain how to spell bourgeoisie.)

How can he even enforce this?

After the last six years of lawlessness you have to ask? He'll simply executive order it. Just read in the NY Times today in the Dallas area they are giving vouchers to get Section 8 people to move to wealthier neighborhoods and cutting their subsidies if they don't move.

I would bet that if someone did the research they'd find that the vouchers are only good in certain wealthier neighborhoods, i.e. the ones in Republican districts. Gotta dilute that voting bloc, you know.

What an idiot. The liberals may as well have elected al pimpton to potus. Neither of these fools have any understanding of economics and both will impose their opinions as law. Oh well. We get the government we deserve, I guess.
