Louie Farrakhan, has been promoting this idea for a long time, though- he is not the originator. He wants organized urban black youths, to move to black-only communes in predominately white rural and semi-rural communities. It is to be a jobs/cultural revitalization project under federal control. This is an end game plan, under construction since the ‘70s.
I'm sure I forgot all manner of culturally diverse rituals that 0bama wants us to experience first hand.
It only helps the Welfare Warriors and Race Pimps who will be hired to further trash America!

I might be lazy too if I knew that someone else was paying my way. The cause of the problem is the welfare state, not the other way around imho. With the destruction of the family probably the primary result of the welfare state, and all of the other problems trickling down from that.
And it will be interesting to see the effect of the gay marriage ruling long term - another attack on the family.

They live there because they refuse to educate themselves and are lazy!
There are a lot of successful people who started out in the inner city projects or the ghetto on welfare and broke the code. They got out and became successful because they recognized the dangers of staying there, and extricated themselves FRom a life of welfare and poverty.
Pulled themselves up by their bootstraps is what they did.
If they can do it, others can do it!
Please do not get me started on homosexual marriage!

I agree - but when the government subsidizes laziness it is a lot more difficult to break out. Even FDR warned against it when he was promoting a “hand up, not a hand out”.
From his 1935 State of the Union speech (second paragraph esp):
A large proportion of these unemployed and their dependents have been forced on the relief rolls. The burden on the Federal Government has grown with great rapidity. We have here a human as well as an economic problem. When humane considerations are concerned, Americans give them precedence.
The lessons of history, confirmed by the evidence immediately before me, show conclusively that continued dependence upon relief induces a spiritual disintegration fundamentally destructive to the national fiber. To dole our relief in this way is to administer a narcotic, a subtle destroyer of the human spirit.
It is inimical to the dictates of a sound policy. It is in violation of the traditions of America. Work must be found for able-bodied but destitute workers.
The Federal Government must and shall quit this business of relief.
I am not willing that the vitality of our people be further sapped by the giving of cash, of market baskets, of a few hours of weekly work cutting grass, raking leaves, or picking up papers in the public parks. We must preserve not only the bodies of the unemployed from destitution but also their self-respect, their self-reliance, and courage and determination.
I don’t care a whit what Obama decrees, demands or orders.
