If he likes Southern Rock, I assume his music reflects that. Does he sound like Lynyrd Skynyrd or ZZ Top?.................

If the racist imbeciles think self segregation is a good thing, who am I to deny them the honor?
The only thing better I can think of is a mass exodus to Africa.

Or else what - they won’t buy the albums he makes that they weren’t already not buying?

This position would only hurt him if he were an aspiring rap artist.

Ball’s in the Kid’s court; time for him to tell them where to shove it!

His response should be: Molon Labe.

Not at all. Think hard rock tinged rap. With very foul mouthed lyrics. He is good, considering, but not subtle and definitely not for every fan of Southern rock.

Rev. Charles Williams II, the president of NAN’s Michigan Chapter and a pastor at a local church said, “the hometown hero who is a zero with the Confederate flag.”

The group’s political director Sam Riddle asked, “How in the hell can Kid Rock represent Detroit and wave that flag just generating millions and millions in ticket sales — a flag that represents genocide to most of Detroit?”

Because maybe it really does NOT represent that to "most of Detroit" and Sam ain't gonna get anywhere with his feeble attempt to set up Kid Rock and try a little Reverunt Jack-a-sun style extortion?

I admit that some of his mellow stuff I do not care for, but the hard-charging rock, I love. American Badass is a blend of hip-hop and hard-charging music—get’s my blood rocking!! You should prolly listen to some sample cuts online before buying the whole album.

I never liked his music on Youtube and then he came to Orlando with Bob Seger and played at Orlando Calling outdoor festival. He was shockingly good and I could not believe my older sister with her fist in the air yelling “YES!!” He is so energetic all through his show and it is electric from the time he takes the stage. When he sang “Born Free” he told everyone not to believe all the garbage people are saying on tv about this country. Here is a good link to that concert and that song. It was great!!!

Kid Rock does a shout out to all the vets and makes this statement in the audio from 6:40 to 7:16. Then he sings “Born Free.”
